Proton Saga Engine

The 4-cylinder, In-line 16 valve DOHC VVT 1299cc engine in all Proton Saga 2023 models produces a maximum power of 91/5750 kW/rpm and a maximum torque of 117/4000 Nm/rpm.

Transmission

The 5-speed manual transmission is standard in the Proton Saga Standard MT, whereas the other two types have a 4-speed automatic transmission.

Proton Saga Exterior

The new Proton Saga 2023 has a smooth and appealing design language that includes curves and a round design language. The car’s front end has Proton’s characteristic “infinite weave grille,” as well as a front bumper. All models have halogen headlights as standard, but the Ace features LED daytime running lights as well (DRLs).

Electric side mirrors with LED turn signal lighting are included on the car’s side, distinguishing it from its competitors. The car’s back end is basic, with a rear bumper and, on the Ace model, a rear spoiler. Another common feature offered by all Proton Saga 2023 editions is remote trunk release.

Proton Saga Interior

The cabin of the new proton Saga 2023 is roomy and comfy. A tilt adjustment option is included on the urethane-wrapped steering wheel. The Ace model additionally features radio and phone controls on the steering wheel. An LCD integrated meter combo with a multi-information display is mounted behind the steering wheel.

ECO Drive Assist, power windows, keyless entry, a 12V power outlet, and a driver’s seat height adjustment are standard on all proton Saga models. The Ace model has a baggage lamp and three USB connections in the vehicle.

In the Standard AT and MT models, the infotainment system is a standard audio system with two speakers and Bluetooth connectivity. The Ace, on the other hand, includes a 7-inch floating touchscreen with Bluetooth and smartphone connection, as well as four speakers. Sun visor, map lamp, and bench-type rear seat fold are all standard on the Proton Saga 2023.
