The Dongfeng Fengguang 580 is a compact crossover SUV manufactured since 2016 under the Dongfeng Sokon (DFSK) sub-brand by the Chinese automaker Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd.

In Pakistan, the DFSK Glory 580 was introduced in 2021. The subdued body tone of the DFSK Glory 580 1st Generation complements the size of the SUV. A front-engined, front-wheel-drive SUV, the DFSK Glory 580 is available in three variants: 1.5 CVT, 1.5 MT, and 1.8 CVT. In Pakistan, the price of the DFSK Glory 580 is between Rs. 56.1 and Rs. 58.1, which is relatively affordable when compared to other models on the market.

Suspension:

The Glory 580 also consists of McPherson struts upfront and a torsion bar coil spring suspension in the back with respect to the suspension setup. With ABS technology to allow for improved stopping ability, the vehicle also has disc brakes, both upfront and outback.

Interior:

With a sleek and subtle dash style, the DFSK Glory 580 has a very attractive interior. A reasonably elegant look is provided by the wood trim piece that runs along the top length of the dashboard. A floating, 9-inch touch-sensitive LED panel for the infotainment device that provides Mobile access is above the elegant central air vents.

There is a sporty-looking steering wheel on the driver’s side with perforated leather stitching, multimedia features, cruise control settings, and a gauge cluster in the middle with a digital screen displaying the critical details of the car. The car also comes with a panoramic sunroof that makes it look much cooler and more comfortable by letting light into the cockpit.

The cabin is pretty spacious and new as well. The car is available with three-row seats, and also has air conditioning vents in the rear. There are cup holders for all travelers in the third row, who will be sitting in the back.

Exterior:

In terms of architecture, the DFSK Glory 580 Pro has been significantly refreshed for the 2023 model. It had a fairly tidy and subdued look in the past. Yet the vehicle looks a lot more distinctive and modern with the redesign.

You get a modern-looking pair of LED headlights with DRLs and sequential turn signals on the front, a few fog lights at the bottom, and a radical but tasteful new grid concept for limitless starlight. With indicator lights incorporated within the mirrors, you even get driven mirrors.
