Pet Lion Was killed After Escaping From A Lahore Home

According to News, a pet lion was shot and killed in Lahore after escaping its cage, resulting in a terrible event.
The incident happened at a private home in the Harbanspura region, when the lion escaped its cage. After attacking and injuring three people, the animal ran away to a nearby sewer.
After futile attempts to apprehend the lion, security guards shot the animal. After arriving on the site, police started the legal process.
Some wealthy people now view owning exotic animals, such as large cats, as a status symbol.
Rajab Butt, a YouTuber, was recently detained for publicly exhibiting guns and unlawfully maintaining a lion cub.
Following allegations that Butt was in possession of wildlife without the required license, authorities and the Wildlife Department raided his home in the Chuhng neighborhood. During the operation, the lion cub that was purportedly given to him upon his wedding was seized.
Butt was the subject of a first information report (FIR), according to a Punjab police official.
