The Kia Sportage 2023 is a small SUV that has been produced by the South Korean carmaker Kia since 1993. It has been categorized as a small crossover SUV since 2004.

Early in the new millennium, the KIA Sportage of the first generation debuted. It was once a rather well-liked entry-level SUV in Pakistan. Because of its subpar safety ratings and unattractive features, the second generation Sportage, which was introduced in 2006, did not achieve great success. The second generation Sportage was taken with KIA when it departed Pakistan as a result of the termination of its joint venture with the Dewan Mushtaq Group. The third generation Sportage, which has greater safety features and a revised body construction, was introduced internationally in 2010.

In Pakistan, the fourth-generation KIA Sportage is a popular SUV. In August 2019, KIA Lucky Motors debuted the Sportage. Since then, the Korean automobile has dominated the market for SUVs. Even said, Sportage is not a brand-new product on the regional market. Pakistan has a history with it.

The 2019 reappearance of the fourth generation KIA Sportage was a big success. The fourth-generation Sportage was first offered by KIA Pakistan in two variations: All-Wheel Drive (AWD) and Front-Wheel Drive (FWD). Later, in June 2020, the business expanded its portfolio by include the Sportage Alpha as a third model.
