Beginning August 1, the price of gasoline in Pakistan was increased by Rs1.71 per litre.

On Friday, Shahbaz Gill, the premier’s adviser on political communication, announced that the government has hiked the price of fuel by Rs1.71 per litre.

The decision was taken, according to Gill, based on the advice of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA). As a result, from August 1, petrol would cost Rs119.80 a litre.

According to him, it was agreed to keep the pricing of high-speed diesel unchanged since a rise in this product has a greater impact on the “ordinary man and farmers.” As a result, diesel would remain at Rs117.53 a litre.
Similarly, the price of light diesel oil has remained unchanged.
Meanwhile, from August 1, kerosene would be Rs0.35 more expensive per litre, costing Rs85.75 per litre.
It was rumoured that OGRA had proposed a fuel price rise of Rs1.71 per litre and a diesel price increase of Rs2.27 per litre.
It was also claimed that it suggested a Rs0.35 per litre increase in kerosene prices and a Rs0.24 increase in light diesel oil prices.

Any Relief For the People

According to a finance ministry statement, the government has been giving maximum comfort to customers by lowering the prices of petroleum goods since April 2021.

It stated that, despite rising worldwide oil costs, the government decided not to transfer the whole expense of the increase on to consumers. The sales tax and fuel levy rates have been lowered to give maximum assistance to consumers.

McLaren 765LT Spider Debut ! This is McLaren’s most powerful convertible to existence.

This is McLaren’s Most Powerful Convertible to Existence.

The intangible delights that only a car without a roof can provide are as the wind blows your hair and you can travel as fast as you can. Add a 755-hp twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8 engine behind your head, the sound of a quad tail-piped titanium exhaust system, track-tuned everything, and a peak speed of 205 mph, and you have the formula for the new McLaren 765LT Spider. It may be the meanest and leanest convertible we’ve seen in a long time.

McLaren 765 LT Spec

Choosing the Spider over the coupe results in a 108-pound weight disadvantage, implying about similarly crazy performance. McLaren says that the 0-60 mph time is 2.7 seconds, the 0-124 mph time is 7.2 seconds, and the quarter-mile time is 10 seconds. The 765LT coupe was already a high-performance machine, but driving it with the top down seems like a whole new level of awesome.

McLaren claims that no additional strengthening was necessary in the transition from roofed coupe to ‘vert. The hardtop can be raised or lowered in 11 seconds and has a peak speed of 31 mph. If you want to keep the top up but still hear the boisterous V-8 sounds, there’s a tiny window behind the passenger compartment that can be lowered to let the wonderful music in.

The inside of the Spider is similar to that of the coupe, with the exception of a few additional controls that operate the hardtop. Production is restricted, as it is with many high-priced supercars. McLaren will only produce 765 LT Spiders, with costs starting at $382,500 before you start tinkering with the McLaren Special Operations division’s limitless customization possibilities.

Price $382,500/:

2022 KIA Sportage Make its Global Debut

2022 KIA Sportage Make its Global Debut

July 13, 2021 / By Zunair Tahir / Automotive News

Kia debuted the fifth-generation Sportage with its radical redesign about a month ago, and now the compact crossover is returning to unveil its technical details. Keep in mind that we’re dealing with the global / KDM variant, which has a larger wheelbase, whereas Europe will get a vehicle with a shorter wheelbase. By looking at the size of the rear doors, you can plainly tell this is the LWB.

Gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid powertrains available.

Dimensions

Speaking of size, the stretched 2022 Sportage is 4660 millimeters (183.5 inches) long, 1865 mm (73.4 in) wide, and 1660 mm (65.3 in) tall, with the wheelbase measuring 2755 mm (108.4 in). According to Kia, these proportions along with the improved packaging brought by the new platform give the compact crossover segment-leading headroom, legroom, and cargo capacity (637 liters).

There’s a turbocharged 1.6-liter gasoline engine with 177 horsepower and 265 Newton-meters (195 pound-feet) of torque on offer. It may be driven with either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

If you still want a diesel in 2021, Kia will offer a new 2.0-liter oil-burner with 183 horsepower and 417 Nm in the revised Sportage (308 lb-ft). You won’t be able to row your own gears if you choose the diesel, as it only works with a highly modified eight-speed automatic transmission.

Interior

Terrain Mode, which includes Drive, Comfort, Eco, Sport, and Smart selectable modes, makes its debut with the all-new crossover and adapts the vehicle’s settings to fit the kind of terrain, including mud, sand, and snow. For maximum power delivery,

Kia has also introduced a new electronic control suspension with real-time damping adjustment that works in tandem with the electronically controlled AWD system. Another first for the Sportage is an X-Line trim level, which will be available on other vehicles in the range, including the larger Sorento. It’s essentially an off-road cosmetic upgrade that gives the crossover a more rugged look.
