300 Copies Of The $309,000 FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance Premiere Edition Will Be Produced By The Electric Vehicle Startup
The ultra-luxury FF 91 EV from EV startup Faraday Future has been priced, and it is quite pricey.
The limited edition launch model, officially known as the Faraday Future FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance, has a starting price of $309,000, which places it squarely in the Bentley and Rolls-Royce league. The FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance, which has a global limit of 300 units, is currently available for pre-order online in China and the US for a $5,000 deposit that is entirely refundable.
Faraday Future is also accepting bookings for the FF 91 2.0 Futurist, a less expensive model with a starting price of $249,000, in addition to the launch edition model. Deposit of $1,500 is required for this trim level. The website lists a third model, the base FF 91 2.0, although it is not yet available for pre-order. Pricing is also not yet disclosed, while the deposit for this model is $1,000 in the US.

Unexpectedly, Faraday Future claims that it “guarantees a resale value of at least 60% on the FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance MSRP after 3 years,” without elaborating on how that will be achievable.
Along with disclosing FF 91 pricing, the business unveiled “FF aiHypercar+,” a mobile ecosystem product with a subscription-based model that is supposed to provide a combination of software, internet, and personalized AI algorithm services.
Both in the US and China, this mobile ecosystem offering will cost $14,900 a year to subscribe to; pre-orders are accepted in exchange for a $100 fee.
The FF 91 2.0 Futurist, the first production model from Faraday Future, has had a number of delays since it was initially unveiled more than six years ago.
Although employees pushed the white body of an FF 91 onto the stage at the production launch event, the business claimed in March that manufacturing had started at its California plant. However, the business declared that the first completely completed FF 91 production car had left the queue on April 14 in an announcement.
Even while the company’s news statement is chock with of flowery language, the reality is that nothing is known about Faraday Future’s future plans. The first step of the company’s three-phase delivery schedule will start on May 31, according to an announcement. Does this imply that the first FF 91 will be delivered by Faraday Future today? No.
An event dubbed “Co-creation” will take place for the initial set of users who are industry experts on June 6. The Futurist Product Officers (FPO), who are experts in the field, will pay in full for an FF 91 in order to reserve it and receive training on how to use it during this initial period.
The corporation does not provide the precise start date for the second phase of delivery, but it does state that the industry-expert FPO(s) will take control of the reserved FF 91 vehicle at that time.
Recall that the 142 kilowatt-hour battery pack in the Faraday Future FF 91 will give it an EPA-estimated range of 381 miles. A tri-motor electric engine with 1,050 horsepower and 1,458 pound-feet (1,977 Newton-meters) of torque, good for a sprint from zero to 60 mph in 2.7 seconds, promises great performance as well.
