Mercedes-AMG Teased The 2023 C63 Ahead Of Its Debut On September 21

Mercedes-AMG Teased The 2023 C63 Ahead Of Its Debut On September 21

Exactly 63 hours before the premiere, AMG published the teaser image.

At the Goodwood Festival of Speed earlier this year, AMG presented a near-production prototype of the C63 that was only lightly covered. Now, the sports sedan is going to be unveiled. There isn’t much we don’t know about the BMW M3 competitor, but we’re interested to see how those intriguing technological details will translate into performance in the real world. The subsequent model, in contrast to its rear-wheel-drive predecessor, will only be offered with 4Matic.

The V8 is now officially a thing of the past, to address the big issue in the room. The folks from Affalterbach have repeated multiple times that the 2.0-liter M139 from the “45” models would be used in the new C63, but with higher power and longitudinal mounting. Yes, the vehicle will be a plug-in hybrid. A 6.1 kWh battery will supply power to a rear-mounted electric motor.

Although purists will undoubtedly be unhappy by the cylinder count reduction, the flagship C-Class should still be brisk thanks to its combined 670 horsepower.

We can only hope that the C63 Estate will be shown as well; this hot wagon will compete against the M3 Touring, a brand-new competitor. Aside: New M vehicles will also be plug-in hybrids starting in 2023.

The Bavarians, on the other hand, promise to continue with the inline-six and V8 until at least 2030 and have no plans to reduce the size of their combustion engines.

Considering its PHEV design, the AMG C63 should have a fully electric range, but given how tiny the battery will be, the combustion engine will engage sooner rather than later. Weight is a worry since, despite the fact that the four-cylinder engine is lighter than the original V8, the hybrid-related components will undoubtedly add weight, and it wouldn’t surprise us if it ended up being significantly heavier than its predecessor.

Wednesday, September 21 is the planned date for the world premiere. Due to the two-door C-Class and E-Class models combining to form the CLE, AMG will not be releasing another C63 Coupe and Cabriolet.

MERCEDES-BENZ PRESENTS THE EQXX ELECTRIC CONCEPT CAR, WHICH IS SPORTY AND ULTRA-LONG-RANGE.

January 5, 2022 / By Zunair Tahir / News

Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the Vision EQXX, a solar-powered concept car capable of travelling over 1,000 kilometres (648 miles) on a single charge.

According to the German carmaker, increased aerodynamics and battery efficiency allow for a range of 1,000 kilometer’s.

On a single charge, the Vision EQXX can go from New York City to Cincinnati, Berlin to Paris, or Beijing to Nanjing. In comparison to other long-range EVs on the road today, such as the Lucid Air (520 miles) and Tesla Model S Long Range Plus, it’s outstanding (402 miles). Unlike other cars, however, the Vision EQXX is only a concept with no intentions for mass manufacture. (For the time being.)

Mercedes-Benz eventually presented the automobile (virtually) at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, after weeks of teasing. (Due to an increase in COVID-19 instances, Mercedes, like most of the large firms, abandoned its intentions to attend CES in person.)

The Vision EQXX will most likely serve as the foundation for a production car that will compete with other premium electric vehicles such as the Porsche Taycan, Audi E-tron GT, and Tesla Roadster, thanks to its sporting goals and sleek, futuristic style.

The Vision EQXX, on the other hand, is said to be more based in reality. The business states that their range estimates were based on a simulation of real-world traffic circumstances, implying that it will burn energy at a rate of 10kWh every 100 kilometers, or more than 6 miles per kWh. In terms of fossil-fuel use, this equates to about 235 miles per gallon in the United States, or 1 liter of gasoline every 100 kilometers.

INTERIOR:

A range estimate is, after all, just that: a guess. Any EV range will be certified separately by the Environmental Protection Agency in the United States, as well as Europe’s Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). The majority of electric vehicles on the market now have a range of 200-300 miles, with some older versions having less. The current generation of electric vehicles has a range of 250-300 kilometers.

EV range is, of course, quite subjective. Even the EPA’s grading system is only intended to provide a snapshot of the agency’s testing procedure under specified conditions. It usually ignores things like hard hill climbing and the impacts of cold weather, which may deplete a vehicle’s battery far more quickly than driving on level roads or in warmer weather.

The 117 solar cells put in the vehicle’s roof will assist the Vision EQXX. The solar roof, which was developed in partnership with Europe’s leading solar energy research center, is designed to counteract the high-voltage system’s energy drain while simultaneously extending its range. According to Mercedes, the solar cells may add up to 25 kilometers of range to long-distance trips in a single day under perfect conditions.

The Punjab Excise and Taxation Department has recently completed the province’s most costly automobile registration. The authorities, according to sources, has registered a Mercedes AMG G63 for Rs53 lacs.

The Mercedes G63 AMG is finished in Diamond White and has a 4,000cc engine.

According to estimates, the automobile costs Rs13 crore and 19 lakhs, making it the most costly registered car in Punjab. The car’s assigned number is AEG-063. Furthermore, the automobile is on bank lease and registered in the name of First Habib Modaraba.

Previous Record Holder

The Lamborghini Huracan Spyder was once the most expensive automobile registered in Punjab. The vehicle was valued at Rs11 crore. Meanwhile, the registration fee was more than Rs4.5 million.

Arjumand, the owner of a Lamborghini Huracan Spyder (sports variation), paid Rs4.532 million for the vehicle’s registration, which had previously been refused because the department’s system could only register automobiles costing less than Rs100 million.

The government then updated its mechanism for registering such high-value automobiles.

The provincial department excused itself from registering the Lamborghini because the registration deadline was Rs10-crore. The officials informed the reporters, “The department couldn’t register any automobile beyond this price limit.”
The department, on the other hand, changed its regulations, updated its software, and then registered the automobile.
The Lamborghini owner informed the media that he was still unable to register the car. He told the reporters, “I’ve been coming to the excise office for 10 days, but I’m shocked there is no law in Punjab to register such automobiles.”
The most expensive automobile registered in Punjab before Lamborghini was a Mercedes GT Series.

The G-body Class’s style, which is fully painted in “British Racing Green,” is both aesthetically and technically stunning. The whole aerodynamic system has been overhauled. Starting with the front apron and moving on to the beautifully expanded front wings, widened doors, and finally the rear apron. All of these parts are composed entirely of carbon fibre and are accented with dark grey “Forged Carbon” coatings.

Based on the Mercedes G-Class model G63, this is a complete vehicle modification.
“British Racing Green” was used for the whole paint job.
Applications of carbon in “Forged-Carbon”
There are just 10 of them available in the world.
Interior is finished in “Fawn Brown” full leather.
Increased horsepower and torque to 850 hp and 1.000 Nm.
Vmax: 250 km/h, 0-100 km in 3,5 seconds.

For many years, complete conversions based on the Mercedes G-Class have been an important element of automotive tuner Kourosh Mansory’s product range, and with countless conversions, one of the most successful.

Last year, MANSORY introduced two new items based on the Mercedes G-Class to fulfil the high expectations and specific requests of its clients. On the one hand, since the beginning of last year, the “Star Trooper Pickup” has been available in collaboration with designer and couturier PHILIPP PLEIN, and on the other, a completely independent special protection vehicle programmed (complementary to all G-Class conversions) has been developed, which follows the philosophy of “invisible armoring.”

And, after MANSORY unveiled a complete conversion called “GRONOS” for the first time in 2013, a new edition of this bestseller called “GRONOS 2021” will be released in the first quarter of 2021, which follows its forerunner in the original design philosophy, but has been adapted to the current “zeitgeist” and customer wishes through numerous detail modifications inside and out, thus keeping the G-Class utmost in luxury.

The “GRONOS 2021” in detail:

The G-body Class’s style, which is fully painted in “British Racing Green,” is both aesthetically and technically stunning. The whole aerodynamic system has been overhauled. Starting with the front apron and moving on to the beautifully expanded front wings, widened doors, and finally the rear apron. All of these parts are composed entirely of carbon fibre and are accented with dark grey “Forged Carbon” coatings.

The front portion is finished off with an ultra-light full carbon bonnet in unpainted “Forged Carbon” with extra cooling air vents at the front and sides. The two light-intensive extra headlights on the edge of the roof, as well as the double daytime running lights on both sides of the front apron, are also trimmed in carbon, and complete the overall image of the “GRONOS 2021” gracefully and harmoniously from the front. The spare wheel is also entirely coated in “Forged Carbon” at the back, and is – when combined with the newly styled rear apron – a stunning combination.

resulting in a pleasing result Numerous other “Forged Carbon” components, including as the indicator bases, door handle inserts, mirror housings, air intakes and outlets, offer further dramatic features and, when combined with the distinctive “British Racing Green” paint finish, make an incredibly attractive combination.

Performance:

The 4.0-litre V8 engine now has larger turbochargers, new left and right downpipes, a high-performance exhaust system, and a new engine control system. Instead of the 585 horsepower of the regular G63 AMG, this results in an astounding 850 hp. From 850 to 1.000 Nm, the maximum torque is increased. As a consequence, the sprint time from zero to 100 kilometers per hour has been reduced to just 3.5 seconds, and the peak speed has been boosted to (restricted) 250 kilometers per hour.

The luxury tuner Brand equips the “GRONOS 2021” with high-performance tyres in the size 295/30R24 all around to deliver this massive power to the road. They’re mounted on forged rims (type: “YN.5”) with a totally black finish and a 10×24 diameter.

And, as with all MANSORY full conversions, the interior design is no less luxurious as the unique appearance. The interior is finished entirely in “Fawn Brown” coloured leather and uses only the finest materials. A new leather-carbon sports steering wheel, an aluminum sports pedal, dark carbon inlays, and new leather inserts with 3D embossing for the seats, door inserts, and center armrest are just as appealing as the finely embroidered MANSORY emblem in the seats and floor mats. In contrast, the inside carpets are completely black.

This one-of-a-kind car will only be available to a select few. The magnificent off-road vehicle is available for pre-order now and is restricted to only 10 units globally.
